Ts. Muhammad Syaiful Safwan bin Nordin
Ts. Muhammad Syaiful Safwan bin Nordin is the Director of BEEMA Ventures Solutions Sdn. Bhd. and a nationally recognised expert in Building Information Modelling (BIM) and Digital Construction, with more than 12 years of industry experience leading digital transformation initiatives across the built environment sector.
Holding a Bachelor's Degree in Civil Engineering, he is a CIDB Certified BIM Manager, Certified Master Trainer, and a Professional Technologist (P.Tech). Throughout his career, he has successfully delivered BIM consultancy, information management, multidisciplinary project coordination, organizational transformation, and competency development programmes for government agencies, developers, consultants, and contractors.
Driven by a passion for developing future-ready talent, he has trained more than 3,000 industry professionals while leading the successful implementation of BIM across numerous building and infrastructure projects, consistently delivering outcomes aligned with project objectives, quality standards, and industry best practices.
Recognised internationally for his expertise, he currently serves as the National Expert for Digital Construction representing Malaysia at WorldSkills Shanghai 2026, and has been appointed as the International Test Project Designer (ITPD) for EuroSkills Düsseldorf 2027. Under his leadership, Malaysia achieved Gold Medal and Best of Nation at WorldSkills Asia Taipei, while he was also recognised with Second Place in the ASEAN BSI–PBM ISO 19650 Project Delivery Competition
Ts. Muhammad Afiq bin Hasmi
Ts. Muhammad Afiq bin Hasmi is a Director of BEEMA Ventures Solutions Sdn. Bhd. and an experienced Digital Construction professional with more than 12 years of expertise in Building Information Modelling (BIM), digital project delivery, and professional competency development.
He holds a Bachelor's Degree in Civil Engineering and is a CIDB Certified BIM Manager as well as a Certified Master Trainer. Throughout his career, he has successfully led BIM implementation across a diverse portfolio of projects, including high-rise developments, healthcare facilities, commercial buildings, residential projects, and major road and highway infrastructure throughout Malaysia.
Committed to advancing industry capability, Ts. Afiq has trained more than 3,000 professionals, equipping organisations and industry practitioners with the knowledge and practical skills required to successfully implement BIM and digital construction methodologies.
In recognition of his technical expertise and leadership, he currently serves as a member of Malaysia's National Expert Team for WorldSkills Shanghai 2026 (Digital Construction), contributing to the development and preparation of national competitors in accordance with international standards and global best practices.

Ts. Mohd Faizul Farhan bin Ahmad Hamidi
Mohd Faizul Farhan bin Ahmad Hamidi is a Director of BEEMA Ventures Solutions Sdn. Bhd. and an experienced Digital Construction professional with more than 10 years of expertise in Building Information Modelling (BIM), digital project delivery, and industry training.
He holds a Master's Degree in Mechanical Engineering and is a CIDB Certified BIM Manager as well as a Certified Master Trainer. Throughout his career, he has successfully delivered BIM implementation across a wide range of projects, including commercial developments, healthcare facilities, residential buildings, and major infrastructure projects, supporting clients in achieving efficient, coordinated, and standards-driven project delivery.
Passionate about developing industry capability, he has trained more than 2,000 professionals, equipping organisations and practitioners with the technical competencies required to adopt BIM and digital construction methodologies in real-world projects.
Beyond project delivery, Mohd Faizul plays an active role in advancing Malaysia's BIM ecosystem. He has contributed to the development of CIDB Malaysia's BIM training modules, including BIM for Contractors and BIM Fundamental Modelling (MEP), supporting the standardisation of BIM practices and strengthening workforce competency across the construction industry.
